Glitters -- Jul 29, 2010

Oh yeah, that’s right I just learned how to make glitters thanks to Taylor and I have definitely been putting that skill to use xD I am aware that currently 2 of the glitters aren’t sparkling (that would be because I am a dummy and didn’t save them as animations. grr.) so, I’ll just have to go back and remake them at some point.

Also, Just made some new emoticons (: I know they’re not fantastic or anything, but it’s my first go at it. I’ll make them available shortly. And, I’ll make some more in different colors and different styles.

Finally, I am going to update this old layout soon. Don’t get me wrong, I love it and everything… just time for a change. I’m going to try and use some of my newly found javascript skills. However, I am waiting until I get Ben’s old computer with Adobe on it. Not sure when this will be, but that’s ok. Awww, Ben’s such a sweet guy:)

And now off to go make more something, not sure what… maybe layouts of some sort? Oh wait… I should use this time to transfer all of the stuff from my old sites to this one that I still haven’t done yet. That’s all for tonight kids, I’ll talk to you all later…

Myspace, whaaat? -- Jul 23, 2010

Correct. Those of you who know me know that I’m not such a big fan of myspace. It’s not that it wasn’t great in it’s day… I’ve just moved on from it. Kind of like Xanga. Yeah, all you youngins are like whaaat??? Yeah, I had an Xanga in 8^th grade. Anywho… I’ve noticed that there are still a lot of loyal myspacers who still want layouts and graphics and other such things… so I decided to make a few. Bring over the ones from my old myspace premade site, and add some myspace to raveshock.

However, don’t be surprised to hear that since this site really isn’t primarily myspace, at all, everything will be over on myspace.raveshock.com. ALSO, BE WARNED, as of right now, there is no content on the site… I just got the site up and everything running. I’m testing out some javascript… as in, trying to learn to use it. I also learned how to make glitters much more efficiently, thanks to Taylor.

Now, I don’t want to be late for work, so I must be off… I’ll see you all when I get back in 5 or 6 hours.

‘Ello World; -- Jul 5, 2010

Well, this is the last week until I’m off to Indiana for a missions trip. This is exciting for many reasons:
1. SAJE! Youth Group! Reliving Winterfest!
2. Vacation. Trip. Getting away from this place for a week.
3. Helping people, of course.
4. I might actually get to meet Laur, for the first time!!! We live about, hmm… idk 8-12 hours apart, so as you can imagine it’s hard to just say, oh, let’s hang out… we’ll meet half way =p It’s just really ironic and funny that we happen to be vacationing really close to each other at the same time! OK, well, vacation is pushing it for me… because there won’t be much relaxing…

However, this means that next week (the 11^th-17^th) we’ll be on a mini hiatus seeing as I won’t have access to a computer and Laur won’t either… plus, even if she did, she isn’t much of the updating regularly sort =p Also, it means that this week I actually have something to do EVERY DAY, which I’m excited for! But, I don’t know how much I’ll get done then.

BUT, some good news… I did try my hand at icon base making… they’re not really the best, but I would use them… I also added some new icons.

Anywho, that’s what’s new for the week. Keep checking back, and we’ll keep adding stuff. Also, we HAVE added the twitter, which will get updated a lot more regularly then this, so you can always check that in the side bar… and we also added a C-BOX. Oh 100 degrees summer… yuck. Well, off to go add more content and then work =p
